Forgotten login details for contractor

Hi, We had a contractor working for us who created a Trello board for our company, she has now left and doesn't remember what the login details were. How do we recover all the information that was in the Trello board that she created for us?

Hi Andrew, 

Are you a member of the board she created?

If you are still in contacted with her, ask her to go through the recovery process:

https://id.atlassian.com/login/resetpassword?

Once she is in, ask her to add you as an admin to the board and you can get the information.
