Forced to set up new Atlassian account and now I can't get to my Trello board

Somehow I was forced to set up a new account with new username for Atlassian when trying to access my Trello board.  I used the same email address.  Now the new account forced me to "request to share" my board so that I could access it.  I did allow the share, when I got the email, but now I am not getting the email that says I have access to it.  

When I try to switch accounts it is only showing one account.  I'm confused and need help accessing my board.

Hi Pamela, welcome to Trello community.

Sorry to hear about your access problem. I took a look here and see that the Trello account you're looking for is linked to another account you have from a private replay email from apple.

You can check your apple device/mobile to see this email account and for further details this page: https://support.apple.com/en-us/102602
