Somehow I was forced to set up a new account with new username for Atlassian when trying to access my Trello board. I used the same email address. Now the new account forced me to "request to share" my board so that I could access it. I did allow the share, when I got the email, but now I am not getting the email that says I have access to it.
When I try to switch accounts it is only showing one account. I'm confused and need help accessing my board.

Sorry to hear about your access problem. I took a look here and see that the Trello account you're looking for is linked to another account you have from a private replay email from apple.
