How can we re-activate it ?

Hi @dI , Welcome to the Community,

Try asking your Workspace admins to reactivate your account from the Workspace members section by selecting Reactivate.

I don't have Workspace admin

Hi @dI ,

In this case it sounds like your account may be managed by your organization. I’d first suggest reaching out to your IT/admin team to check whether they deactivated your Atlassian account and if they can reactivate it.

If that doesn’t resolve it, I’d recommend contacting Atlassian Support so they can look into your account directly:
