Find a trello card from custom field

Is it possible to find a trello card by searching for a custom field value?

For example we have one of our custom fields called order-ID  - we would like to find the card via the api via this custom field to make updates via zapier.

Hi Kenneth,

Yes, you can search for specific custom fields in your Trello boards. Please note that, right now, Trello won't search the Custom Field's title (i.e order-ID), but its description (i.e id123456, or id987624ws...). Here's a gif to show you how it works:
