Filter cards based on labels or logged in user

Hi,

is there a way to show cards on boards that are assigned to logged-in user or assigned to a team to which user belongs? 

Also, filter cards with labels ( option not showing ) under the menu? Any idea if it is with regards to permissions for users? or user not having permissions to configure the board for filtering?

I have gone through that link. But the issue is that the Filter labels option is missing under the menu. Kindly check the screenshot. so wanted to know how to get that filter Label option, so that each team can filter based on labels for their teams?

Basically, you have to click on the search cards option then you can search & filter from the same place
