I'm not sure how to explain this, hehe. I imagine the ideal thing would be to send a suggestion to the support team directly, but I'm afraid this will get shelved along with many other suggestions. Maybe this one isn't that great... But I'd like to share it in case I'm doing something wrong or can improve. I'm the kind of person who seeks to maximize efficiency in my daily workflow. That's why I like to learn keyboard shortcuts or create automatic actions in repetitive processes. Trello has opened up a whole new world for me when it comes to organizing and coordinating my team. I haven't been using the program for many months, but I already feel like I've reached an acceptable level. But there's one thing that frustrates me: having to click on fields that are supposed to be automatically activated when a transaction is made. In this specific case, I'm referring to the description field. When creating a card, I normally go directly to the back to fill out the description and custom fields. I have rules to automatically fill in these fields on cards with specific names. I know the description can also be included in these automations, but in our case, they're almost always variable, so we have to fill them out manually. The first thing I see on the back of the card is this:

Campo desplegado.jpg

The description field is "open," but I can't start typing in it. I have to click inside to begin. 1 of 2. Either writing should be enabled directly, or it should be "closed," like in the following screenshot.

Campo contraido.jpg

As I said, I don't know if this is a stupid habit of mine or if I'm doing something wrong. The truth is, this happens to me in other places in the program, and I find it very tedious, but the message/cry is already long enough, hehe.
