Feature Suggestion: Create Individual To Do List from Assigned Checklist items

Hi, I use Trello premium daily for work. I use it as a project management platform. Each card is a separate project. On the card we have multiple checklist for the different department and steps involved in the project. The checklist in the cards are use as a to do list and then are assigned to the user responsible for it. I would love to see there be a way to take those individual checklist items consolidated in the individuals inbox. They are currently viewable from the on the home page but would like to be able to the list while in a board. Also, my understanding is the phone app does not have the feature on the home page. 

This feature can be done as an automation or just add the option to add individual checklist items to inbox.

Yes, I stated that in my message. However it is not viewable from each board. It is only on the homepage. Also, is this view available on the app? I have not been able to locate it. 
making it available on the app would be huge help as myself and majority of my team members use Trello from our phones because we are in the field on job sites. 

I work in the construction industry so WiFi and a computer are not always an option.
