Hello Support,
I have been using Trello for a while.
I then went on holiday for 2 months - since I returned I have filed to access the files on my Trello work space.
When I log in the place is empty.
I am confused.
I had an annual subscription.
I have failed to get any response from support.
What a poor customer support this company offers.
Its so money minded that it only caters to the high tier membership.
I am so pissed and sad.
Any help will be welcome.

Hi @StemBoostX
Welcome to the community!
Have you created a support ticket directly to the Atlassian team via http://support.atlassian.com/ ?
I sent a support ticket to enterprise after failing to send a support ticket the normal way using that link you sent. No reply from them at all.
When I try that support link - it always directs me back to the Community. The ticket above shows I have paid for a full year.
Meanwhile all my content has disappeared.
When I log in I do not see any of my previous files.
What is happening here?
Will you please help me understand?
thks
Olive

Are the answers useful - NOT YET - you are simply asking questions - not providing answers yet. So - do not force me to say yes - when its no!!!
Apparently - I can't submit this without answering the tick.....!!!
Is this how TRELLO ATLASSAN works??
