Hey @Veena Adinarayana! If you export your Workspace (only for Premium Workspaces), you'll find a JSON file on the export that will include all the members of your Workspace, except for Guests. You can learn more about exporting your Workspace here: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/exporting-data-from-trello/.
