I originally set up a rule so that when a card is created from a template, an attachment card is automatically generated as a notification. However, creating a card from a template now triggers extra attachment cards—sometimes two, sometimes three. This is flooding the notifications with spam and making the system unusable. Could you please advise on how to fix or adjust this issue? Thank you.
Check Automation → Rules → Automation log after creating a test card to see if rules ran multiple times, multiple rules triggered, or a single run created duplicate cards; also check your Activity log for active duplicate rules, as copied automations activate automatically.
Please share here the exact rule text. Triggers like "card created" and "card copied" interact differently with templates.
