We are trying to figure out if upgrading to premium to get the csv export is worth it. There is a supposedly a free 7 day premium trial but Atlassian sales can't help us set it up. When we click upgrade it just wants to bill us right away.
Does anyone have any samples of what it produces? Specifically we have about 30 dropdown & text custom fields and we want those to show up as columns, so card name, description, custom1,2,3,4,5
This is so frustrating with sales. The last person that tried to help us suggested we delete all our boards and upgrade free then add them again. No way! We are already a paying customer.
