Hi @Carolina Esteves. After taking a look at your account, I can confirm that you are a member of 2 free Workspaces that have 10 or more collaborators. Keep in mind that this limit includes every member of the Workspace plus every member of every board within the Workspace. So, even if you see fewer than 10 users on a specific board, or fewer than 10 members of the Workspace, there can still be 10 or more collaborators when looking at all of this together.

For these Workspaces, most of the collaborators are guests, meaning that they are members of boards within the Workspace but not members of the Workspace itself. You can review the guests in your Workspace by navigating to the Workspace members page and then navigating to guests.

The 10-collaborator limit on free Workspaces applies to more than just the members you see at first glance. Pending invitations and single-board guests count, too, as do deactivated collaborators until they are fully removed.
