Existe alguma forma de converter todas as imagens já adicionadas no Trello para JPEG (.jpg) ou alguma configuração que possa ser feita para que elas abram normalmente no iPhone?

Question: In which format are these images currently? 

Currently, Trello does not have a built-in feature to bulk-convert existing image attachments to JPEG or a specific setting within the app to change how they open on an iPhone. It might be that images were uploaded in the HEIC format, which is the default for modern iPhones and Trello will store these in their original format.

You could change iPhone capture settings with something like:

• Go to Settings on your iPhone.

• Tap Camera > Formats.

• Select Most Compatible. This will force your iPhone to save new photos as JPEGs instead of HEIC

But this all assumes we're talking about this specific issue when it comes to uploaded images.
