Error when adding a member on the dashboard. How can I solve it?

I can't add more members on the board, and we're only 9 members. We're not even 10 participants. How can I solve this? It says to contact with the admin.

It sounds like your Workspace might have hit its collaborator limit. Even though your board only has 9 members, Workspaces count both members and guests as collaborators. So, if your Workspace already has 9 members and 1 guest, that brings the total to 10 collaborators, which is the limit for free Workspaces.
