Error message when trying to create a card from outlook 365

Trello has been working for me for weeks and my team and I are really liking the software. I am not sure what has happened but I now get an error message every time I try to create a card from an outlook email. the error is as follows: 

Error 400: Bad Request. The request has bad syntax or incorrect parameters. Transaction ID: 15b29ea5-b4278b0b-b5f8c7e0-821cdd92-4a45d83e-997 failed.

We were evaluating Trello for our process and were thinking of switching to business class. Unfortunately  if i cant find a solution to this problem we will have to move to a different application. 

Any help would be appreciated.

Because Trello didn't build the add-in, that's a question better answered by Microsoft. You can reach their add-in team here: trelloaddin@service.microsoft.com
