Error Adding Collaborators - 10 Collaborator Limit

Hello Trello Team,

I am encountering an issue when trying to add collaborators to my workspace. The error message displayed is: "You cannot add more than 10 collaborators to the workspace." However, upon checking, I can see there is only 1 collaborator in the workspace, so this error shouldn't be occurring.

I would like to know if there is any solution or procedure to resolve this issue, as the limit has not been exceeded and the system is still showing this restriction.
