Erro ao Remover Usuários

Olá, boa tarde. 

Gostaria de entender o motivo de não estar conseguindo realizar o gerenciamento de usuários dentro do Trello. Atualmente estou utilizando a versão gratuita e nela me permite ter 10 usuários, gostaria de retirar os usuários e incluir novos, porém é apresentado erro na tela, impossibilitando a alteração.

Hello, good afternoon. I would like to understand why I am unable to manage users within Trello. I am currently using the free version, which allows me to have 10 users. I would like to remove users and add new ones, but an error appears on the screen, making it impossible to make the change. I look forward to hearing from you, thank you!

As you have 10 collaborators, you need to remove a collaborator before you add a new one.

Infelizmente não consigo, ontem só consegui remover via app, via web não consegui.
