Encountering intermittent 500 errors while calling the Trello Organizations Actions API

Hi Team,

We are encountering intermittent 500 errors while calling the Trello Organizations Actions API endpoint:

GET /organizations/{id}/actions

Error Message:
Server is not responding with the correct response after specific retries and is returning status code 500 with message "Internal Server Error".

We have multiple customers using the Fivetran Trello connector, and we are currently seeing this failure across 10+ customer connections. Some connections started succeeding after we added retry logic, which suggests the issue may be intermittent or load-related.

We are using key-based pagination with id and limit=1000.

Could you please help us understand:

• What could be causing these intermittent 500 errors?

• How we can avoid or mitigate these failures?
