I dont see any problem. Yes we are using Trello with our Arabic products . Take an example gold price website in UAE. It is in Arabic and we manage the whole project in Trello. It is a very good product and easy to use.

I understand you use Trello.
Do you write in Arabic and don't you have a right-to-left display problem?
In Trello there is no option to select an "Arabic" language.
