Email reminder for old cards

I want to create an automation to email someone if a card has been in a column for more than 5 days, almost as a reminder to chase things up.

Is this possible?

I have been exploring my Trello boards to see if I can define the rule you are looking for.

As of now, we don't have a predefined automation trigger in the rules that works on the time duration of a card in the list.
