Email notifications when cards get moved to specific lists?

I would like to get an email notification when any card on a board I am a member of get moved to specific list; namely, "Done." There is a way to do this?

Hey Bryan

If you Watch the list, you'll get a notification when a card is moved into the list you're watching. Then if you have your email settings set to Immediate at www.trello.com/my/account, you'll get an email notification about it.
