Email notifications not working

Trello not emailing notifications.

• Have tried the following, but doesn't work for any member of the team
• Have put a watch on the board, the list and the card
• In Account have put email frequency as Instantly
• Have tried putting @board, @Name, etc in the card's Description field, Comments field and Activity field
• Have checked Spam box on emails - nothing there
• Have used the test email link and this works
• Have used the Automation - Email reports and that works
• I just want the team to be notified by email when changes are made to a card.

Any thoughts?
