Email notificationbs stopped working - changed my frequency

Hi,

A week or two ago I changed the frequency I receive Trello email notifications and it stopped sending them to me altogether, even though I changed it back to hourly reminders.

I ran a notification test which was successful and seemed to get them through again, but they've stopped again.

I've checked with our in-house Tech and nothing is being caught in our spam filter & I've run another notification testthis morning which came through successfully.

Please could you help resolve this.

Is this Trello or Jira? I ask because you posted in Jira forum but mention Trello.
