The email account associated with my Trello account is being discontinued. I followed protocol to change my email address however it says I already have an Atlassian account associated with my "new" email. I'm afraid I'm going to lose several Trello boards associated with my old Gmail account.
Getting help from Atlassian is incredibly hard.
How can i transfer the data from the old email account to the other Atlassian/Trello account?

You can resolve this in two ways:
Free up the email: Log into the new account and change its address to a temporary placeholder. This frees up your preferred email so you can log into your old account and claim it, keeping your full history intact.
Transfer the boards: Keep the new account and use Trello's built-in tools to move board ownership over from the old one. Just note that this won't merge account history or individual card assignments.
