Hey, I wanted to know, who is able to view my email? I have the setting to only myself and admins, but does admins mean trello board admins OR admins from atlassian?

In your case, your email address will only be visible to you.

"Admins" refers to Atlassian organisation admins, which would only apply to managed accounts.

An account becomes a managed account when someone from your company verifies the company domain in an Atlassian organisation.
