We have an employee named Shubhangi Devikar who has been using Trello for the past couple of years. Recently, we updated her official email ID from shubhangi.devikar@enyotalearning.com to shubhangi.tikone@enyotalearning.com.
However, while trying to update the email ID in Atlassian/Trello, we received a message stating that the new email ID already exists in Atlassian.
We would like to update the account to the new email ID without losing any existing data related to her work, including boards, tasks, and activity history.
Could you please help us with the necessary steps to make this change smoothly?

Your Trello account is accessed using your Atlassian account email address. To change the email address you use with Trello, change the email in your Atlassian Account. This will also change the email address that you use to log into other Atlassian apps: Changing Atlassian account email.
Please note: It is not possible to change an email credential to an email address that is already in use with another Trello account.
