Hello.

Is it possible to edit automation rules set up by another member? I can see rules and switch them to work on the board but I cannot see any way to edit the rules.

Can anyone help or advise?

Thanks

Hi Simon, welcome to the community! :)

We have the automation libraries feature in Trello Premium - https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/working-with-command-libraries/

This would allow you to package up the automation rules set up by another member, and then import them from your account. Note that the other member would need to create the automation library and share it if the commands are owned by them.

Once shared out, here are the steps to import it into your account and make changes to the rules :) - https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/working-with-command-libraries/#Importing-shared-Automation-Libraries

Hope this helps! :)
