on my trello I have the option in MENU/PLUS : E-mail to TRELLO

Another membrer of my team does not have this option ...

We don't understand WHY

@Thierry Moutard do you mean that your colleagues can't see this menu option?

Note that in order to see that option they must be a member of a board. Even if everyone in your team can see the board, they have to Join the board in order to interact with it:
