Hi,

we are using the function "Email to Board" to automatically add cards to our board. At the moment Trello recognize E-Mail replies and puts them as a comment to the existing card.

Is it possible to change the configuration, so that every mail even replies create a new card on the board?

Hi Florian,

Unfortunately, there isn't a way to change that configuration. Replies to an email that's already on the board as a card will be added as comments on that card.
