Due Date Notifications & Cards Page not working (Mac app or Safari)

Hi,

I've used Trello for a while but I'm wanting to use due dates and notifications more. I've watched a number of Trello videos and read a few posts on the Trello blog but I can't figure out what's wrong.

I have a number of due dates set up on various cards and I'm watching those cards. But I don't get notifications of due dates. Is that because I'm the only person on my teams?

Also, the Cards Page (under avatar dropdown) is empty (save one card) no matter what setting I select.

I mainly work on the Mac app for Trello but I looked to see if either feature was working on the web version in Safari. No luck.

Hi Heather,

If you're watching those cards you should get notifications about due dates. Can you check if the reminder time is correct? If so, do you mind sharing a screenshot of a card you expected to be notified about?

Also, the Cards page will only show cards that you're a member of, so try adding yourself to a card. Hovering a card and pressing the spacebar is a shortcut you can use for that!

Thanks for responding. The day after I posted the notifications started to work. I don't know what I did or what I undid but I have them now.
