Dropbox preview panel is blank on chrome

Hi,

In mac os x chrome when I click the thumbnail for a dropbox gdoc, the preview popup panel is just plain white, no preview of the file. 

However, when I do this in firefox, and when in the trello app the preview panel displays the file content very nicely.

The link to edit the gdoc in dropbox works ok on all three apps. 

Any thoughts on what can be done in chrome to show the preview?

Hi Tom,

As this works in other browsers, it is likely that Chrome browser extensions and browser settings are affecting your ability to preview the file on Chrome. Could you try:

1. Disable all browser extensions.

2. Clear cache and cookies from browser settings.

Hi Ryan, that has done the trick, the preview panel displays the dropbox file contents as we would wish :)
