Drag and drop feature for attachments not working

Hi, I have frequently used the drag and drop feature to attach, for example, e-mail correspondences as an attachment to a Trello card. For some reason, this is not working anymore. I have cleared my cache, used a different browser, and went incognito. Nothing helps. Any ideas?

The issue likely depends on what exactly you are dragging.

Dragging an email directly from a mail client often fails because browsers don't recognize the object as a standard file upload. Try saving the email to your desktop first (as a PDF or .eml) and dragging that file instead, or use the card's "Add -> Attachment" button to upload it manually.

Keep in mind that Trello Free limits individual attachments to 10 MB. Alternatively, you can bypass drag-and-drop entirely by using Trello's email-to-card feature to forward messages directly. If standard desktop files under the size limit still fail, I recommend contacting Trello Support with your specific file details.
