Drag and Drop not working - Chrome

Over the past two days I have not bee able to create a new card on a list by dragging a new file to the list. I have also not been able to add a file to an already created card. The only way I've been able to upload a file is to use the Add+ File button and upload it from my computer. 

For information: I use Chrome only.

Could you please restart your computer and try again
