Drag & Drop for Emails and attachments from emails are not working to attach to a card, Why?

I used to be able to drag & Drop an email or an attachment from an email & it would attach to a card. I used to do while in the card or out of it, now it doesn't work at all. 

I'm trying to create new processes & really need this feature to work. Please Help!

Hi Allison,

Could you give me more details? Would you drop the email on the card and it'd become an attachment, or do you want to drop in the list and have a card created from it?

Are you using the web version or the app for both the email and Trello?
