Downgrade to free after premium trial ended.

I am currently in an endless loop of selecting downgrade to free and then being forced to compare plans and then choosing free again and being kicked back to comparing all of the plans. I was wondering if there was a way I could bypass this and have tried logging out and logging back in, coming in through a shared workspace link, deleting my account and reactivating it, and going on an incognito tab.
