Dois membros standard podem participar de mais de um quadro juntos sem precisar pagar convidado? 

Eu e meu sócio queremos cada um fazer o plano Standart, mas precisamos participar dos mesmos quadros para atender nossos clientes. Se ele e eu formos do plano standart, podemos participar juntos sem pagar a taxa de convidado de multiquadros um do outro?

It sounds like both you and your partner are going to create your own Workspaces and upgrade them both to Standard - we do not recommend this.

Workspaces are not meant to be used independently, and should be used as a collaborative space for teams. If you proceed the way you want to (i.e. creating two Standard Workspaces), then yes, if you're a billable user on both, you'll be billed on both.

Instead, I highly recommend that you and your partner create one Standard Workspace, and work together on it.
