Looking for a way to show that a team member is out of office and have their notifications forwarded to someone else. This is something JIRA is capable of doing, so hoping there is a Trello solution as well.

Hello, Amato

Welcome to the community!

Currently, Trello doesn't offer a built-in way to achieve this, but I think it's a great idea, and I can suggest it to our team for consideration. In the meantime, as a workaround, you might consider creating a card that lists users who are currently OOO.

Additionally, I came across another interesting suggestion: you could update your public name in your Atlassian account profile. For example, when you're out of the office, you could change your name to include "(OOO)," which would be visible across all Atlassian products you use.

Let me know if you have any other questions

Kind Regards
