Does 14 day free trial a workplace base and not account base?

Does 14 day free trial a workplace base and not account base? 

Which means admin will have 14day trial again on his 2nd workplace in the future?   

Like As if the 14 days trial is board construction and deployment phase. (like how some land lord give consideration on giving their tenant time to move completely before officially start the bill.)

As Trello subscriptions are upgrades to a workspace, not an account, if you start a free trial, this is placed on a workspace of your choice. No user on the workspace will be able to start a second trial after the first, but you can start a free trial on another workspace if you so choose.
