Does 10 user limit for free tier count with jira software users?

Does 10 user limit for free tier count with jira software users?

From April 8, Trello's free Workspaces will have a limit of 10 collaborators, just like Jira. How does this affect my organization if we have 6 different Jira users and 6 different Trello users? Are we breaking the free tier agreement, or are the products' free tiers independent?

Jira and Trello limits are completely independent of one another...
