I have for example Company 1 ( as one workspace with 8 boards) with 3 admin and 1 guest we are all on the same cards mostly

Then I have another workspace( Property)  to manage my properties  and the same admin and 1 guest are on this work space /boards as well

I want the benefit of the back up and Calendar on both workspaces

What is the most cost effective way to get this without paying 2 times ?
Thank you

Hi Renee! Workspaces are billed separately, so in this case, yes - anyone who is a member of both Workspaces would be billable.

The most efficient option would be to have one Workspace, then have the boards set to private. That way, only the Workspace admin could see all the boards. You can then invite whoever needs to be on each board without the risk of them seeing the other private boards they're not invited to.

We have a little more detail on how billing works with upgraded Workspaces here as a reference: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/how-billing-works-with-trello-premium-and-standard/
