Do I have to be a premium user for creating templates?

I tried to create a template but, apparently, it is not available to free users, although here: https://trello.com/pricing and here: https://blog.trello.com/trello-board-templates-gallery it says it is for all users. Did it change?

@gabialva Welcome to the Atlassian community

All plans can use Trello Templates and have access to the Templates library. You need to have premium or enterprise workspaces to create and share templates. https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/creating-template-boards/
