Disable emoji reactions?

A new feature allows users to select emojis as a type of reaction to card comments.  We're trying to figure out if this can be disabled for a board, or, preferably, an entire team.  I don't see any obvious way.  Is there one?

It's not possible to disable the emoji reactions for card comments.  If you'd like, you can submit that as a feature request.
