if you @ mention another user, Trello will always notify the user in question. However each user is in control of their own notifications and can choose, if they want an email notifications or if they are happy with only receiving notifications within Trello itself. There is no way to force an email notification to another user within Trello: https://help.trello.com/article/793-receiving-trello-notifications
Thanks! However, How can I ONLY receive @User / tag emails & not emails related to other items... We are getting too many emails from trello as is, so I turned everything off.. Can you help me turn the right options on so we only get this 1 tag email notification? Appreciate your time Torben
