Hi everyone, I tried to reach customer service at Atlassian and bc this is technically a free trial, I dont have that capability.
I am trying to delete my account, and I keep getting a pop-up saying:
"your account cant belie deleted because: user is last billing admin of a transaction account that has one or more active entitlements.
I am currently part of a free trial of Trello Premium. Is that why this is happening? If it is, I also cant figure out how to stop the free trial.
If anyone can help me, that would be much appreciated. Thank you!

The error message you are seeing provides the exact reason for the block: "your account can't be deleted because: user is last billing admin of a transaction account that has one or more active entitlements."
This is a security mechanism to prevent a service (even a free trial) from being orphaned.
Steps to Cancel the Trello Premium Trial are listed in the official documentation . Give it a try if not already.
Thank you G subramanyam, this is very helpful and does make sense. It was just quite hard to actually find out how to cancel the free trial. But now that I do know the steps, I'm just waiting for someoene to respond to my correct ticket.
