Hi @shan GAO
Sorry to hear about your situation. Please be aware that this is a public forum and no one here has access to your site or information.
As far as I know information is deleted "shortly" after it has been deactivated so since a month has passed it might not be possible to recover.
I have raised a request on your behalf to the Atlassian team and they will get back to you within 2 business days.
Best regards,
/Staffan
Dear Staffan,
Thank you very much for raising a recovery request on my behalf with the Atlassian team!
I fully understand that the chances of account and data recovery are slim given how much time has passed since deactivation. Regardless the outcome, I deeply appreciate you taking the time to help with this matter.
I will await the official response from the Atlassian team.
Best regards,
Shan

Hi @shan GAO , :)
Hope you are doing well,
Welcome to the community!!
I've had a look at your account using the email address you provided when creating this post, and the good news is that your account and all associated boards are still active. You should be able to log in and find everything right where you left it.
One quick thing worth flagging: in your post, you mentioned a edu.com address, but the email on your account actually ends with edu.au. Just make sure you're using the edu.au address when logging in, as that's the one tied to your account.
Give it a try and let me know how it goes!
Thanks.
