Description of Field Not Saving

Hi! I have been using Trello for 6 years now. We use it to keep all of our project data in one location for our 15 field team members to access and reference. For the past couple of months, I will fill out the card completely and notice that that day, when the team goes to access the card, the data I entered has blown out and it has reverted back to when there was no data details. In my experience, this has been for one of two reasons, either I am not hitting save at the end of the data entry, or someone else is in the card actively at the same time as I am. The problem I am experiencing is that neither of these possible causes seem to be happening. Can anyone please give direction on what else could be happening here?
