Deleting Cards and boards

Deleting Cards and boards

I'm new to Trello, so I don't get how it works clearly yet. I was trying to set up a board and wanted to change the design, but I can't seem to get rid of cards I created. Is my only option to rename them? Also, I want to remove a board for a person who is no longer on my team. Is that possible?

There should be an option to archive the card, then delete from the archive.

Thanks. It looks like I can delete cards, but have to change the name and reuse boards?
