Hello,
I accidentally deleted a card from my Trello board and would like to ask whether it is possible to restore it.
According to the activity log, the card was deleted approximately 30 minutes ago. The activity entry states:
“Anna Cichocka-Radwan deleted card #60 from ‘Zakupy za hajsy prywatne’.”
Board name: MAK-Medica
The card may have contained important information, and I would be very grateful if you could check whether it can still be recovered from your system.
Please let me know if you need any additional details, such as the board URL, workspace name, or account information.
Thank you very much for your assistance.
Kind regards,
Anna Cichocka-Radwan
Unfortunately, according to the Trello document, deleting a card is permanent, and deleted cards can't be restored.
You can learn more details here: Archive or delete a card (under 'Deleting cards')
Hope it helps 🙌
Liam
Hi Anna,
As mentioned above, a deleted Trello card cannot be restored. Deleting a card is permanent, unlike archiving, which allows the card to be returned to the board later. More details are available here: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/archiving-and-deleting-cards/
For future cases, you can try the Board Assistant Power-Up: https://trello.com/power-ups/685016dd47b5654ae385bba6
Its Extended Activity Log collects card changes from your boards into one feed. This can help you find information recorded before a card was deleted and rebuild the card manually if needed.

Hi @Anna Cichocka-Radwan, I'm afraid @Liam Do - DevSamurai is right that the card itself is gone. A deleted Trello card is removed permanently, so there's nothing left in the system for Trello support, or anyone here, to pull back, even half an hour later.
The information on it may still be recoverable though. The same activity log that showed you the deletion also keeps the card's earlier history: description changes, comments, checklist items, moves. If you open the board's activity and scroll back past the "deleted card #60" entry, you can usually piece together enough to rebuild it by hand. That won't bring the card back, but it often gets you the content that was on it.
