Deleted all Collaborators but still says reached maximum limit

Hi, I have a free account, and it says that I have reached the maximum number of collaborators. I have deleted all old boards that are shared with anyone so it just me left. Please can you look at why I cant share any boards, thanks

Welcome to the community. 

I checked your workspace in our system and it has currently 5 users on it, so you are under the limit of users on free account and it should be working. Are you still having issues or after removing some users it's now working?
