I am writing to request assistance regarding access to my Trello account.

 

When I attempt to log in, I receive a message stating that access is restricted for users from Russia and Belarus. However, I am a citizen and resident of Kazakhstan, and I am currently accessing the platform from Kazakhstan.

 

I would kindly ask you to review this issue and advise whether my account can be reactivated or if there are any steps I should take to resolve this matter. I would be grateful for your guidance on how to regain access to my account.

Welcome to the community!

Sometimes, access restrictions may be triggered if your internet connection is routed through a VPN or proxy, or if there is an error in IP geolocation. Please ensure you are not using a VPN or proxy, and try accessing Trello from a different network if possible.
